Breakfast was lovely and host was very good. Good location and cosy rooms. Liked the traditional b&b vibe - charming in its own way!
Some of the older features could do with a little spruce up!

Lovely charming little B&B in a great location for exploring Vancouver on a 2 day trip. Easy to check in, comfortable room and a lot of personality over a soulless chain hotel. Great breakfasts, and loved the “pantry” area for making my own hot drinks and knowing there were snacks on hand. Very friendly staff, and it also attracted friendly other guests.
The shower in our room worked fine but was on the tired side and may not have coped well with heavier guests. And as a European traveller having forced air heating that I couldn’t turn off and many layers of bedding was different from my norm which made it harder to sleep, but I know that isn’t unusual for North America, I still thought it was an excellent place to stay.
