About this apartment rental
Our cozy house consists of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one with two bunk beds) bathroom, habitable kitchen with kitchenette with a double sofa bed. The apartment can therefore comfortably accommodate 6 people up to a maximum of 8 with the sofa bed with wooden slats. The property has just been renovated with energy saving technologies, with the use of low energy consumption appliances and LED bulbs in compliance with an environmental sustainability perspective.
The house is in a fantastic residential neighborhood (Scerne) with fenced parks, services, green spaces, parking lots, pharmacy, restaurants, ..Sea, mountains, eating, places to visit, entertainment, etc ... ". sea about 300 meters (line area) and is visible from the terrace. From the terrace you can hear the sound of the waves. The area offers entertainment, festivals of typical Abruzzo products etc ... The playground is about 700 meters from the house. Animals of any kind are not allowed and it is preferable that you smoke on the terrace as our first customers are families with babies and small children ...

La casa era molto pulita e con molti comfort ideale per una vacanza di relax per una famiglia ,il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile .L' unico appunto da specificare è che la spiaggia è di sassi e non di sabbia che non è un problema ma una scelta di mare ....a pochi chilometri vi è la torre del Cerrano con spiaggia libera bellissima consigliabile per una vacanza di riposo

Appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo. Con due bimbe è la prima cosa che abbiamo notato. Di sicuro la spiaggia con prato inglese permette un bel relax per i genitori. Il proprietario è tra le persone più disponibili che abbia conosciuto. Ci vediamo presto!!!
