Apartment in the center of the town, 50 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the train station.
The apartment is on the third floor: 130 square meters on two levels: three bedrooms, one very large, two large bathrooms, kitchen and living room, three terraces, two of which side of the sea, and one that looks the beautiful hill Silvi, one of the terraces sea side is equipped to be able to eat.
Pescara is a ten minute train ride and to the north are the communities of Pineto, Roseto degli Abruzzi and Giulianova.
Atri, with its splendid palaces and the historic cathedral are a 10 minute drive (13 kilometers). The interior of Abruzzo, with its mountains, its towns, notes wineries are within a few minutes.

Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr großzügig. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr nette und angenehme Person, 24 Stunden hilfsbereit. Wegen Parkplätzen muss man vorher besprechen, er findet eine Lösung. Strand ist sehr näher und sauber. Allgemein bin sehr zufrieden.
