About this house rental
In a large property with a family home dating from the early nineteenth century, the outbuilding has been restored with refinement in the spirit of the time and furnished with antique furniture to accommodate holidaymakers. Authenticity and refinement will be offered in this large living room where we have kept the bread oven and a second large fireplace open. An entrance on a stairwell will lead you to a kitchen where you will find all the comforts of the 21st century by passing independent toilets. The staircase leads to 2 bedrooms, the first equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds, each equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet.
On the outdoor gravelled terrace, the Josephine lounge, welcomes you for your meals in the shade of an arbor facing a garden, at the end of which is the parking.
Located in the center of a historical area, less than 20km you will find the castles of Chinon (22Km), Rigny-Ussé (11Km), Azay-Le-Rideau (4Km), Islette (9Km), Villandry (15Km) and Langeais (13,5Km), excluding vineyards, forests, rivers with their promises of beautiful walks. We are near the "Loire by bike" and "Indre by bike", the GR3 is 500m.

-2 Nights: 65% of the cost of the week
-3 Nights: 75% of the cost of the week

PAYABLE OPTIONAL SERVICES
-For cleaning charge of 50 €, required by the owners if necessary.
-Kit towels 8 € per person. To ask on the spot.
-Electric heating 5 € / day in April and October.

Such a comfortable ,interesting and well equipped house.We so enjoyed the large garden as well- the extensive lawn with lots of plants and trees- particularly the figs with their abundant fruit!
Samira's apricot jam was the best ever! And thank you for the wine too!

Nous avons eu un grand plaisir à séjourner dans ce gîte, idéalement situé au calme, d'une grande propreté , confortable et décoré avec gout.
Samira et Bertrand nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, discrétion et générosité. De beaux échanges et vraiment de belles personnes.

Joli petit gîte aux atours rustiques avec une terrasse ombragée pour déjeuner et un grand jardin pour jouer au croquet.
Décoration conforme aux photos.
Pas très adapté - les chambres - en cas de fortes chaleurs mais salon frais.
Voie cyclable sécurisée - quoique pas à 100% - pour rejoindre Azay-le-Rideau.
Village très tranquille, accueil détendu.
