Outside, there is off-road parking for 5 cars and additional roadside parking, plus a rear/side lawned garden with a patio area and furniture. Beckhythe Cottage is a wonderful character property close to the beach in north Norfolk.

The north Norfolk coastal village of Overstrand is just over two miles east of Cromer. It has a sandy beach, with a rolling hill backdrop, as well as a café, convenience store, pub & restaurant and a selection of shops.
