This place worked well for us - a group of 8, 60 years old cyclists looking for gradient friendly routes in Norfolk. It’s essentially two buildings in one in a nice location close to a decent pub. The bed bath count works for a larger group and the size of the kitchen in the Halls side meant it became the meeting place. It has basically everything you need. We messed up and lost a key and the owner was round with a spare in a couple of hours.
