About this cottage rental
GREAT LOCATION: This 3 bedroom cottage is located near the entrance of the park and a 2-minute walk to all amenities; pools, waterpark, park store, restaurant, LCBO, arcade and MORE!
This Cottage has 3 Bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, featuring a queen size bed in the primary bedroom, second and third bedrooms have double beds. Lots of storage throughout and an add-on room for additional comfort and space. It is situated on a partially fenced corner lot with a large grassed area, perfect for the kids to play or for a good game of cornhole! Your family will feel right at home!
Important information: Only 8 people allowed to rent due to new Sherkston Shores rules. Main renter (lessee) must be 25 years or older. If not a family, every person on the reservation must be 25 or older.
➡️Included in your rental fee are the following;
• Cottage sleeps up to 8
• 1 room with queen bed, 2 rooms with double bed in each and 2 pull out couches
• Full kitchen with gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, dishes, cups/mugs and cutlery, dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags (all appliances stainless steel)
• Full size washroom with bathtub, toilet paper, hand soap and blow dryer
• Fire pit with Muskoka chairs & firewood to get you started! (additional firewood available for purchase at the resort store)
• Deck with lounge area
• Outdoor dining area and BBQ (propane provided)
• New Split AC unit to keep you cool
• Wifi and wall mounted TV
• Hot water on demand
• Golf cart for getting around the resort (only driven by renter 25+ years of age with a valid G licence)
• Parking spaces for 2 vehicles
• Complementary Welcome S’more Package
• Bar area with mini fridge, ice maker and margarita maker
• Sand toys/outdoor toys and beach chairs
• Board games
• Pack’n play and high chair
• 1 small dog permitted, $100 additional fee, must be agreed upon by owner
• Access to beaches and playgrounds

• Linens, pillows, blankets, bath/beach towels
• Food and drinks
• Personal items and toiletries
• Laundry detergent, if applicable to use at the resort laundry facility
• Funplex passes, can be purchased at the welcome centre.
