The property fee does not include wristbands and I was contacted 2day prior to check in to purchase 8 wristbands. It may have been stated somewhere in the description and I missed it? The property had a foul odor inside the entire stay. It may have been coming from the septic or sewers because it was very noticeable in the bathroom and kitchen. There were no window coverings on the 5 windows in the kitchen and eating area to the front of the property. It was very creepy, especially at night. Everything inside felt a little bit sticky and there were lots of dead bugs stuck on the walls. Bring extra garbage bags. The garbage can provided in the kitchen is a small bathroom size can. The place could use a thorough deep cleaning. I never bothered to mention it after check in so there was no opportunity for the owner to make improvements during my stay, but I expect that a rental will be appropriately cleaned upon arrival. AC in bedrooms worked well. And the on demand hot water was lovely.
