About this cottage rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly renovated cottage with central A/C. This cottage is close to all the amenities in the park. The cottage can sleep up to 8 people with the two bedrooms plus an add a room, which gives you and your family plenty of space to spend your summer season. The space comes will all primary kitchen accessories and equipment with an outdoor dining area, a fire-pit, and a BBQ.
The space
The cottage is located near all the amenities and is walking distance to the beach!
** Due to Covid all bedding, pillows, toiletries and personal items must be brought on your own (this does not include any items in the kitchen and coffee area)***
If the cottage is not left in the same state as it was found individuals will be purview to a $200 cleaning fee (or redeeming the security deposit if damage was done)
Guest access
Sherkston Shores requires a $15 per person renter's fee for the duration of your stay. A wristband is issued at the gate. Kids under 6 are free. This charge also provides guests with access to the Funplex and is not included in the rental price. Sherkston shores only allows 8 renters per cottage to be registered per booking. All renters must be above the age of 25 unless renting as a family.
Other things to note (maximum # of guests permitted are 8)

Bedroom 1: Double Bed; Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds; sleeps 3
Living Room: Sofa Bed; Sleeps 2
Additional Room: Sofa Bed; Sleeps 2. Please note for safety purposes there are 2 cameras on the front porch for purposes when the cottage is not occupied.

Check in was smoothly. Rashida place was phenomenal. Open concept nice and cozy. Her place was very welcoming. Very pleasant to speak with and answered promptly. The location of her cottage was close to everything, hop skip and a jump, less than 10minute walk to the beach. I would definitely book this cottage again.Thanks Rashida you’re the best host ever :)

We had a lovely stay ! The location is great hurt a couple minute walk to the waterpark & fun plex and A 5 minute speed walk to the closet beach ! Great communication and accommodating of our extra needs !

It looks good and it's secure. The place is well located inside the park and there are activities around to keep you busy. However; you have to read carefully the details of this place. You have to pay extra for the waterpark ($80 per day for two parents and two kids). And also bring basic stuff for your stay: oil cooking, plastic bags for your garbage, sugar for your coffee, etc.

We had a wonderful time on our little vaca. Our stay was all that was promised. When we first arrived the fuse was out on the air conditioning what that was very quickly remedied and we had a wonderful time. Communication during our stay was perfect! Thank you for sharing your home!!
