Set in the Norfolk Coast National Landscape, this charming home offers the perfect base to families and groups of friends planning both coast and countryside adventures together. The host town of Sheringham (centre 1 mile away) offers a mix of relaxation and seaside adventure; stroll along the promenade, plan days on the beach, explore the shops and eateries, or climb aboard the North Norfolk Railway for a heritage steam railway journey to Holt (6.5 miles). Holt itself charms with its Georgian appeal and selection of boutique shops, galleries and cosy cafes. The lively resort of Cromer (4 miles) is another spot to visit for seaside bliss; explore the Victorian pier, sample the famous Cromer Crab, or join the scenic Norfolk Coast Path for rambles that follow the county’s golden beaches and waterside towns.

Kick off sandy shoes in the entrance hallway and head deeper into the property to uncover a spacious and beautifully presented coastal retreat. The first of two living rooms awaits on your left, where you can unwind after days of Norfolk adventure; flick on the Smart TV, and sink into the plush seating. The second living room is also accessed from the ground-floor hallway, offering room for your group to spread out. This room boasts another Smart TV and a roaring wood burner for chillier nights.
