Located 300 metres from the beach and shops in delightful Sheringham, this spacious and airy cottage offers comfortable accommodation for an extended family group or a holiday among friends. The detached property has room for seven guests over its four bedrooms and ample space for socialising and relaxing including in its huge garden. You’ll have all the amenities of Sheringham within walking distance, and further afield, walking and cycling opportunities within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Beautifully designed, the contemporary building is the work of skilled architects, with an airy sunroom featuring skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows. A pleasing colour scheme of blues and nautical-themed decor makes for a cheerful atmosphere. In the open-plan living area, sink into one of the sofas to watch a film, have a snack at the table or spend some time reading in the natural light. The roomy kitchen is excellent for cooking up group feasts and has a large wooden dining table for eating altogether. A lawned garden wraps around the property, forming an idyllic setting for basking in the sun or sizzling up BBQs, to be enjoyed on the furnished patio.

Locally, you can head to the train station (500 metres), jump on the steam train to the Georgian town of Holt (6.5 miles), and wander around the antique shops there. Sheringham Park (2 miles) is a National Trust site featuring a lovely landscaped park and woodland gardens; a lovely spot to chill out and lap up the stunning coastal views. When it comes to visiting other seaside towns to visit, you’ll be spoilt for choice, with Cromer (4.5 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (16.5 miles) both fantastic options.
