Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent, ideally located in a peaceful setting close to the town centre and Lake Annecy. It has a garden and parking spaces, all in a pleasant residence.
Nestled on the 2ndᵉ and top floor (no lift), this cosy accommodation is ideal for a romantic break or for a couple with a child. You will appreciate its convenient location, perfect for lovely walks and access to the city centre. Its peaceful garden will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation and outdoor grilling.
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with television, double sofa bed and dining area
- A separate fully-equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower and separate WC (in the bedroom)
Outside :
- Private parking space + visitor parking space (access may be narrow by car)
- Garden with dining area and barbecue
- Secure bicycle storage
Additional facilities:
For added comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, a fan and an ironing board and iron.

- The flat is located around 20 minutes' walk from Annecy city centre and the lake.
- A cycle path is just a short distance away, providing quick and safe access to the town centre and surrounding area.
- Shops (approx. 5-10 minutes' walk depending on services): supermarket, bakery, butcher, tobacconist, newsagent, florist and other local shops in the Vernay area.

- Regular SIBRA bus routes 10, 1 & 5 pass through this stop, providing easy access to the city centre (around 10 minutes) and nearby beaches (10 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you are coming by car, a car park is available with the flat.
