You’ll be surprised to find such a 48m² 4-star apartment when you push open the modern door of this building in Annecy town centre. Follow the stairs.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of the building and can comfortably accommodate 4 people (double bed in the master bedroom and sofa bed in the living room). It has been completely refurbished by the owner and furnished by an interior designer to create a warm, contemporary blend with a peaceful interior.

The sunny kitchen has views of the mountains, whilst the living room overlooks a quiet street where you can relax in front of the television.

The cosy atmosphere of the living room allows you to unwind before exploring Annecy. The master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe.

The apartment is well soundproofed and equipped with an integrated system for TV, music, films, telephone and Wi-Fi.

Bookings are for a maximum of 4 people plus one baby aged 0 to 3 years. (bed linen for the cot is not provided)

This apartment is strictly non-smoking.
