Magic Moments Appartement

It was a very roomy apartment. It turned out it was right by the river walk which was convenient when walking to town.

Not a lot of closet space. There was only one closet available because the owner had one locked away. No big deal. A guide to how to use the appliances would have been nice. People should know it IS a bit of a walk to the lake so if you are not in decent shape find something closer.

- very clean - modern and spacious - amazing terrace - well equipped kitchen

- the check-in was difficult. It’s not self checking, which we knew. We communicated our time of arrival the day before as requested and confirmed the time again 30 minutes before. We were perfectly on time but the staff was 40 minutes late. We had to wait outside with no estimated time of arrival communicated to us. - there is absolutely no basics to cook. Not even oil, salt, pepper, sugar. You have to buy everything. It’s good if you plan to spend a week but not great for a couple days unless you want to eat outside. - the two baby cribs were broken. One was very dangerous (the baby fell through). - the apartment is not kid friendly. All the plates, glasses, bowls are in lower cabinets with no doors. And no plastic plates or bowls.

The staff organising with us to do handover and keys were brilliant. Communication and confirmation the whole way was exceptional, informative and helpful. We had never been to Annecy before so it made it very easy. Thanks
