A stylishly decorated, airy apartment, this convenient Swanage holiday home is the perfect place for a coastal stay. Sleeping five guests, the two-bedroom property, which offers dog-friendly accommodation, is 50 metres from the town’s bustling central street, with its shops and eateries, and is a 0.5-mile stroll from the seafront, with its sandy beach and Victorian pier. Hire kayaks or pedaloes or try wind surfing while you are here. Also plan trips out to Studland Bay, 3.5 miles from the apartment, where there are 4 miles of golden sands, backed by healthland to explore. Catch a steam train along the heritage railway from Swanage to Corfe Castle, taking in the beautiful scenery of the Isle of Purbeck as you go.


Climb five steps up to the main entrance of the building and then make your way into the apartment via the entrance hall, where there is hanging space for coats. The main living space at the property is a light-filled, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with French windows on to the terrace and views out towards the bay. There is comfortable seating in here for watching TV or chatting together after your days out, plus a dining area for those nights you choose to eat in and a kitchen space with everything you need for preparing homecooked meals with your own ingredients. There is a bunk bedroom, with a double lower bunk and single above, off the lounge, and a king-size bedroom, with TV, off the hall. The family bathroom is also here.


In the warmer months, the terrace at this apartment is an extension of the excellent living space offered by the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. It features garden furniture for relaxing on over a drink or meal on fine days, while enjoying the views.
