About this cottage rental
This is a Grade-II listed property, thoughtfully renovated to combine the feel of a traditional cottage with the best of contemporary living. Access to the house is via the original stone steps, or via a flatter path at the rear of the house. On the ground floor is a cosy living room with a striking brick fireplace with an electric flame-effect fire, comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and views towards Ballard Down. The kitchen also has exposed brickwork and boasts everything you need to create suppers for four. The kitchen also houses a dining table and leads to a boot room, the downstairs bathroom and a stable door leading to the rear courtyard garden. Upstairs are two bright, spacious bedrooms - a double with views of the town and sea and a twin with 3’ beds.
Outside, you'll find a gated front garden with a small private lawned area with built in wooden seating to enjoy the sunshine. At the back, there is a small courtyard with seating and shared access to a neighbouring cottage.

- Please note that the cottage-style staircase is very narrow and may not be suitable for all guests
