Guests will have access to the entire home.
Our neighborhood is nice because it`s far enough from downtown to not have all the crazy crowds, but still a walking distance of 5-10 minutes to everything. We are 3 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from Lake Park which has a jungle gym for your kids to play at.
Bikes, walking distance to most restaurants and bars, Uber available as well. We are 20 minutes away from John Wayne airport (SNA). The house is also 10 minutes away from most major freeways which will take you to LA, Disneyland, or Universal Studios in around 45 minutes to an hour.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

- No shoes in bedrooms please.
-PLEASE RINSE OFF AFTER THE BEACH IF YOU ARE USING THE HOT TUB. WE DO NOT WANT SAND IN THE HOT TUB. If there is sand in the hot tub we will take your security deposit.
-Tuesday is trash day.. if the trash cans are full in the alley please pull them out.
-Green trash bin is ONLY FOR PLANTS!
-Throw extra trash in the dumpster next door.
-Every first and third Monday and Tuesday is street sweeping. Just follow the signs that are posted right in front of the house.
