Move over San Diego beach houses; We found our new favorite beach vacation spot! Kim immediately responded to every text and answered every call before and during our trip. She was able to set my mind at ease about the rental and amenities prior to our trip. It looked so perfect I was afraid it wasn’t true! The property was decorated so well, “higher end beach cozy”. We felt very comfortable as soon as we walked into the condo. The high ceilings made it feel spacious, there was plenty of comfortable furniture, and IT WAS CLEAN, all making us feel at home. The bedrooms all had separate themes and large tv’s. Upstairs bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Since we were traveling with a child, the option of a tub (shub) was appreciated. Kitchen had newer appliances: dishwasher, full size fridge, and gas stove/oven. The condo was thoughtfully furnished with all of your comforts from home: labeled cabinets with dishes and pans, ziploc bags and paper towels, blow dryer and flat iron, family games, and ironing boards and laundry baskets. They even supplied multiple size bodyboards, sand castle toys, wagon, ice chest, chairs, and multiple sizes of bikes. Plenty of parking with the two car garage (room for 1 parked car), parking behind the garage (more private between 2 condo buildings), and street parking which was always available to us. The stairs were a little steep but my parents handled them just fine. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The condo is only 2 blocks from Huntington Beach. Perfect for a family who over packs supplies. This particular section of beach was less busy compared to sections closer to the pier. Far enough away to be less populated but close enough to shops & restaurants to walk or drive. Our favorite features of the property were hoses to rinse all of the sand off our bodies and beach equipment, 2 car garage with space for 1 car, shared laundry room with all you’ll need, and comfy seating/swinging chairs on the balcony & porch.
