On entering the cottage, leave your coats and boots in the spacious hallway and head upstairs into the light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With charming views towards a beautiful tree canopy, the lounge also features a Smart TV and comfortable seating. The stylishly arranged kitchen is fully equipped and has a handy breakfast bar. French doors lead out onto a large balcony with garden furniture offering a lovely spot for dining alfresco. Back downstairs, you will find two cosy super-king-size bedrooms, each with a refreshing en-suite shower room. Outside, there’s a small courtyard area to the front of the property with bench seating, secure bike storage and a soothing hot tub for you to unwind in after a wonderful day out.
The property lies on the outskirts of Felbrigg, a picturesque village in a stunning part of the Norfolk countryside. The National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall is less than a mile away, an impressive Jacobean country house with beautiful gardens and an expansive surrounding estate. Heading to the coast, the popular resort of Cromer (2 miles) is known for its Victorian pier and beautiful beach, with a range of great places to eat and drink. Amazona Zoo, Gunton Park Sawmill, Holt Country Park and Baconsthorpe Castle are all within 10 miles.

- 2 bathrooms – 2 en-suite shower rooms with WCs
- Electric single oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine
- Smart TV in lounge
- Small gravel area with seating and hot tub. Balcony with outside seating
- Secure bike rack
- Pub and shop within 1.5 miles, beach 2 miles
- Please note: CCTV covers the exit doors (front door and balcony door) and is in operation 24 hours a day
