In the light-filled open-plan living area, eat meals together at the bay window then relax on the sofas to enjoy something on the Smart TV. Outside you’ll have your own private courtyard, furnished with a picnic bench. which is excellent for fresh-air dining or enjoying a morning coffee as you draw up a plan for the day. The space is decorated with planters and sunset views on fine evenings.
You’ll have everything you need in the streets surrounding the property, with independent shops, pubs and restaurants all within 350 metres. At the beach, you can spend afternoons surfing, stand-up paddleboarding or rock pooling, and perhaps wander along to Cromer’s Victorian pier (500 metres), which has a flourishing theatre at the end. There are plenty of excellent options for day trips, such as the National Trust sites at Felbrigg Estate and Gardens (2 miles) and Sheringham Park (5.5 miles).
