Guests of all ages will enjoy a day-trip to Dunwich (6 miles) where the heath, beach and woodland offer an array of walking trails, wildlife spotting opportunities and places to sit and tuck into a picnic.


Warming the property throughout is the underfloor heating from the ground source heat pump making this a great choice for a holiday all through the year. The ground floor presents an open-plan room, with a comfortable living room furnished with soft seating, a TV and a cosy wood burner. Next door, the dining area is a welcoming space with a table and chairs, located beside the sleek modern kitchen. A utility area with a washing machine adds convenience, alongside a downstairs shower room. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find two inviting bedrooms. Bedroom one features a king-size bed with matching furniture and soft lighting, while bedroom two offers the flexibility of a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request. The bathroom boasts a large tub bath as well as a separate cubicle. Outside, a charming enclosed garden, complete with garden furniture as well as a boules piste and a table tennis table for added family entertainment.


Spend an afternoon birdwatching at RSPB Minsmere (3 miles) or partaking in one of the many family-friendly activities found on the nature reserve to truly appreciate the natural beauty of this part of the coast. Adventurous guests can walk a stretch of the Suffolk Coast Path with the picturesque stretch between Thorpeness (6 miles) and Dunwich around 10 miles for a more challenging trail, or the route to Sizewell a 5-mile route. The rugged coastal scenery here is awe-inspiring and will ensure you remember this trip for many years to come.
