About this house rental
STUNNING VIEWS FROM THE HEART OF MALIBU
From every window of this sprawling, Spanish-style hacienda perched on
a bluff high above Malibu there are spectacular vistas of sun, sea and sky. Dining on the deck at night you can see along the coast to the sparkling lights of Santa Monica. By day, you'll look 26 miles across the sea to Catalina Island. Below you, just a few minutes away, are Malibu's best restaurants, shops and beaches.
You enter our four bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home through tall antique doors that open onto a flight of steps that take you to the living room, which is dominated by a breathtaking panoramic view of the Pacific. The house is decorated with furnishings that are exquisite as well as comfortable.
Other amenities include a well-appointed chef's kitchen with a Viking stove, four ovens, and windows that open to an outdoor dining area, which has a second kitchen as well. There's plenty of parking, a pool and spa.
The grounds are spacious and inviting. There's a meditation garden. There are grassy spots for children to play, many outdoor seating areas for following the sun or the shade, and fresh fruit on the trees, yours to enjoy.
The master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed, a cozy sitting area, and French doors that lead to a large deck with the best view in the house. There's a comfortable outdoor bed for lounging, napping and reading. (We have a library of bestsellers at your disposal.) There is a huge master bath with double sinks, separate shower and tub, and a private balcony as well.
The other three bedrooms all have queen beds. Two of them share a Jack and Jill bath that has a shower with a view all its own. The fourth bedroom has views of the ocean and the mountains and its own en suite bath. All the bedrooms have Internet, smart televisions and streaming services. And there's a study, with a couch that converts to a queen size bed. Due to the unique design of the house. two families can stay with equal privacy. For more space there is another 750 square foot apartment with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bath and balcony that can be rented for an additional $450. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine and this could not have been better. Almost just across the street from the university made the weekend very easy. Large house with room for everyone. Very clean and beautiful views!

We have stayed at this home multiple times and it is always wonderful. It has a style that is both grand but homey at the same time. The owner is terrific and is very welcoming. The location is prime and can’t be beat.

This was our second time staying at this home and it could not be more special. The pool area has panoramic views of the ocean. The kitchen is as well stocked as any rental I have ever been in. There are several great areas both inside and outside to eat or relax with family and enjoy the views. And the location is very convenient to several beaches, hikes and shopping areas.
