Cocoonr agency offers this charming renovated single-storey house for rent in Cancale, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics), 180 m² in size and able to accommodate up to 10 travellers.
It comprises an attractive 60 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three master suites with en suite shower rooms and a family suite with en suite shower room. There is a 650 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 60 m² living room with a bright sitting area opening onto the garden
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three master bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200) and en-suite shower rooms,
- A family bedroom with 4 beds, 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed and its own shower room.
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 650 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Cancale, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
On the heights of the Port de la Houle, a stone's throw from the shopping streets, we'll give you the best addresses for sampling oysters and other seafood and fish.
The house is an ideal base for trips to Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel and the Côte Sauvage, with its beautiful sandy beaches and hiking trails.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the courtyard of the house where you can park two cars and another two in front of the house on the street.
