The Cocoonr Agency invites you to discover Le Sémaphore, a stunning property in Cancale, majestically overlooking the bay.
Spanning 180 m² and accommodating up to 12 guests, the house features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and four beautiful bedrooms—one of which has an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor—two additional bathrooms upstairs, and three toilets.
With breathtaking sea views stretching as far as the Chausey Islands and Mont-Saint-Michel on clear days, this holiday home has been designed as a peaceful retreat for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation, togetherness, and fresh ocean air. Its sauna with sea view and vast bay windows invite peaceful contemplation at any time of day.
Cleaning is included in the rental, and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels). Your bed will be made before your arrival.
As soon as you enter, you’ll be charmed by the elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The house unfolds over two generous levels, offering bright living spaces where everyone can relax or enjoy time together.
The layout is as follows:
Ground floor:
• A fully equipped, modern, and inviting kitchen
• A bright dining area and a cozy double lounge with panoramic bay windows, sofas, and a TV—ideal for evenings or afternoon reading sessions facing the sea
• A master suite with panoramic sea view, queen-size bed (160x200), and en-suite bathroom (sink unit, bathtub, shower, heated towel rail, toilet)
• A separate toilet
Upstairs:
• A double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and panoramic sea view
• A double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and garden view
• A bathroom with shower, sink unit, heated towel rail, and toilet
• A large dorm-style room with single beds for up to 6 guests, plus an adjoining bathroom with shower, double sink unit, and heated towel rail
Additional amenities include a high chair and a travel cot (available upon request when booking). For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress other than the one already included with the travel cot. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

A vast 70 m² south-facing wooden terrace, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a plancha grill, and a parasol, invites you to enjoy sunny lunches or magical sunsets over the bay. The large garden is perfect for both play and relaxation, and also features a shaded lounge area with sea view—ideal for a nap or a peaceful aperitif.
Ideally located just minutes from Cancale’s most beautiful beaches:
Discover the wild coastline and its finest sandy beaches: Saussaye Beach (800 m), Port Mer Beach (900 m), and Verger Beach (2.3 km).
In just a 5-minute drive, you’ll find all essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the Sunday morning market in the town center. The port of La Houle awaits with fresh oyster tastings in a typically Breton atmosphere.
It’s also the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of the region: Pointe du Grouin (accessible on foot via the GR34 trail), Saint-Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, and Dinard.

• Parties or loud music on the terrace are not permitted due to the proximity of neighbors and the naturally peaceful environment. We kindly ask you to be mindful of noise to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay.

• End-of-stay cleaning does not include everyday tasks such as washing and storing dishes, cleaning the plancha, or taking out the trash. A €50 fee will be charged if Cocoonr has to handle these tasks.

Le Sémaphore "A gorgeous location, a short walk from a lovely quiet beach, stunning views from every window. Charming furnishings and a well-appointed kitchen. Huge terrace and very nice garden. There is a road on the opposite side of a field but it doesn't disturb and you don't really even see the cars.
Very idyllic. The panorama window in the sauna is an added bonus."

Le Sémaphore My family and I loved this place. The house was as beautiful as in the photos, with spectacular views, including a blinking lighthouse and even the silhouette of Mont Saint-Michel in the distance. Very clean, modern and comfortable and within a few minutes' walk from a scenic hiking trail and a great beach. My kids really enjoyed all the toys available in the house. There were a lot of French children's books there, too, and even a record player with a nice collection of records. It felt like a home. The kitchen was equipped well enough for our light cooking. The host who checked us in was very nice, professional and responsive. The house came with a detailed online manual in English, including troubleshooting tips, the location of the glass recycling container in the nearby port, as well as restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again in the future.

Very nice location overlooking the sea and green shoreline. Quiet and relaxed surrounding and within short walking distance to a nice beach as well as the city.
Wonderful house – newly renovated, nicely styled and furbished, with perfect equipment, all clean. Very friendly and flexible servce. Full thumbs up! Thank you for allowing for a nice vacation!
