Located on a sprawling 6-acre private estate in Oros village, Rethymno, this 4-bedroom retreat offers unobstructed views of the Lefka Ori Mountains. The property functions as a highly strategic base for explorers, providing equal and rapid access to both the northern coast (15 minutes to Rethymno) and the southern beaches of the Libyan Sea (20 minutes to Plakias). With multiple outdoor dining zones and a private pool, it is designed for families or groups seeking a spacious, nature-immersed environment without compromising on coastal accessibility.

Indoor Living
The main living areas are characterized by abundant natural light and a seamless connection to the outdoors. The layout includes a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen tailored for home cooking. The architectural design naturally separates the main living quarters from the pool level, ensuring practical functional zones for large groups.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Lower Pool Level Suite: Double bed, en-suite bathroom. Located down by the pool, this room offers absolute seclusion and privacy from the main house.
Outdoor Area
The expansive 6-acre grounds provide absolute tranquility. The exterior centers on a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a shaded pergola. The estate features multiple dedicated seating areas, allowing guests to choose their preferred environment—whether it is breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool or afternoon relaxation in the front garden. A dedicated BBQ area is also available for al fresco meals.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom house, the private pool, and the sprawling 6-acre estate. No areas or facilities are shared.
Other things to note
A rental car is strictly necessary to navigate the area and fully utilize the villa's strategic location between the north and south coasts. Due to the property's location within a large natural plot at the foothills of Mount Vrisinas, guests may occasionally encounter local insects or natural rural sounds.
