Nestled into a hillside location in Tersanas area, the newly built complex of Ikritis Villas features 3 stone built villas. Being just 1,2 Km away from the beach of Tersanas, 12 Km to Chania Old town and Venetian Port and nearby amenities Ikritis Villas provides easy access to all amenities and is also a great base for your excursions on the island.
Layout
Ikritis Villas are built in style and with our guests outmost convenience in mind. Large doors, windows and skylights fill the Villa with natural light, while offering easy indoor-outdoor living. Each Villa covers 170 m2 and comfortably accommodates 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 8 if needed. The modern furniture, natural colours, wood details and airy spaces create a homely ambiance, while offering ample space for all guests.
Ground Floor
Entering Ikritis Villa I? you find yourself in an open plan area, featuring the living room and kitchen. The seating lounge comes with a 55 HDTV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, A/C and comfy sofas. The fully equipped kitchen with island counter for 8 with high chairs and induction hobs with an integrated extraction hood provides all essentials for you to practice your cooking skills at ease! Both the living room and kitchen offer direct access to the pool terrace
The ground floor also hosts the 3 bedrooms of the Villa. Two of the bedrooms offer 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can be joined together upon request to form a Queen size (1,80 X 2,00), A/C, mini fridge, en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins, and access to the pool terrace. The third bedroom offers a Queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), A/C, and views of the garden. Finally, an additional family bathroom with a shower cabin and washing machine is available on the ground level.
Attic
Ascending a few steps, guests will reach the attic-style area, overlooking the ground floor and offering 2 more single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can be joined together upon request to form a Queen size (1,80 X 2,00) and A/C. The attic windows also enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the outdoor area of the Villa, while black-out curtains provide privacy and keep the light out if you wish.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Ikritis Villa ?I covers 150m2 and enjoys beautiful views to the sea. Outdoor facilities include:
- A private, 40 sq.m. swimming pool, 0,80 - 1,50 m deep with step access.
- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, a hanging egg chair, a poolside shower, and umbrellas.
- Gas BBQ is available next to the outdoor dining area for 8 under a shaded pergola.
- Lawn-covered area next to the pool, ideal for kids to play.
- Parking space for 2-3 cars in a private driveway inside the Villa grounds.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced offering security and privacy to our guests.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Absolutely beautiful villa, pictures are a true representation of this gorgeous villa.Pre stay, we were given a contact for car hire, which proved cheaper than any I could find online myself.Check in was a breeze, with very responsive messages from our host the day before and day of arrival.Maria met us at the villa, where she showed us around and gave us important information.We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the villa inside and out...the pool is pristine.Maria had prepared goodies for us including local and home made honey, olive oil, lemon liqueur, lemon cordial, vanilla cake, bread, butter, eggs, huge fruit bowl, cheese, tomato and cucumbe,tea/coffee also some delicious local filo pastries.Maria was contactable throughout the stay and very responsive. Easy access to Chania, the airport and the coast. Several beautiful beaches close by- we were here in May and had no issues parking anywhere.We spent 50/50 out and about or in the villa.Alfresco dining after cooking on the big gas BBQ was our go to. Perfect amount of shaded areas meaning we could make the most of the weather.The Aircon is really efficient. With each room separately controlled. We had 36c weather and it comfortablely coped with it.Bedrooms and bathrooms were great...2 have ensuite with sliding doors out to the pool area.Pool not heated, but once in it's beautiful Running out of characters, so...Perfect place to stay.Would Def book again.Maria (host) fantastic Can't fault it.

We’ve stayed in a lot of villas over the years, but this is in another level. The design, layout, space, quality and facilities are first class. We rarely wanted to leave to go to beaches or restaurants! The team looked after us really well. Highly recommend!

We're just back from an amazing week at Ikritis II villa. The villa itself is the best we've stayed in, very high-end and luxurious and a special place to stay. The pool area and outdoor space in particular was such a lovely place to be and relax.
The villa had everything we could possibly need and was spotlessly clean. Maria (from the family owning all three villas) met us on our arrival and was really welcoming, talking us through how everything worked and all the features. She was also contactable throughout and was very heplful. There was also an amazing selection of food and goodies left and prepared for us, including homemade pancakes, savoury pastries, biscuits and lemon liquor! Plus fruit and vegetables from the family farm and other fridge supplies. Really welcoming and a homely touch.
Location was peaceful with nice partial view of sea and mountains. Local small supermarket only 5 mins walk, two beaches less than 5 mins drive and Chania only 20 mins drive. You do need a car though.
The whole experience was fantastic and we would definitely return should we want to go back to this area of Crete.
