About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 66 m² one-storey house (access by 3 outside steps), which sleeps up to 4 people, to rent in Cour-Cheverny.
It comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 600 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The single-storey flat is composed as follows:
- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. and dining area
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 600 m² enclosed south-facing garden with garden furniture and petanque area.
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Cour-Cheverny, in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire, in a residential area with a friendly atmosphere. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Beauval zoo park, around 30 km away
- Tasting of Loire and Touraine wines and local gastronomy (goat's cheese, strawberries, asparagus, Chambord biscuits, game....)
- Visit the Robert-Houdin House of Magic in Blois, around 15 km away.
- The "Loire by bike" to discover the Sologne region
- Château de Cheverny (with its gardens and exhibition linked to the Tintin and Snowy comic strip), less than 2 km away
- 15 km from Château de Blois
- 18 km from Château de Chambord
- 25 km from Château de Chaumont sur Loire (famous for its International Parks and Gardens Festival)
- 42 km from Château d'Amboise

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (2 spaces, excluding vans).
