About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 90 m² house in Saint-Malo, less than a kilometre from the beach, to rent with wifi. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 50 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is as follows:
On the raised ground floor (a few steps up at the entrance to the house) :
- A 30 m² raised living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
1st floor:
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- One bedroom with 1 bunk bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC
2nd floor:
- A mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), which opens onto the stairwell.
Outside:
- A beautiful 50 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus stop near the accommodation: Solidor stop - Line 8.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station, about 7 minutes by car (2.8 km).
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport about 1 hour's drive away (76 km).
- St Malo ferry terminal 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot. Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey.
