The location is great, close to the bay, beaches and restaurants. The property is spacious and clean, plenty of parking and outdoor lounges, the kitchens and bathrooms look recently renovated. The family room in the back of the house is large enough to accommodate a big family gathering. The one critique: the 3rd bedroom has no privacy as it is located in a thru way between the front and back of the house.

We had a great time at this home in Pacific Beach. The location was convenient and the parking was ample. There was plenty of space so that we never felt like we were on top of each other. My only recommendation would be to add a foldable room screen for the 4th sleeping area allowing for dressing and bathroom privacy.
