About this apartment rental
Large, open living space (livingroom, dining and kitchen) feature ocean views. Cable TV with expanded channels.
Bedrooms: #1: king bed, with TV,
#2: Queen bed with private bath,
#3: One twin XL bed, one full bed,
#4: great for kids with 4 twin/single beds plus a couch that flattens to queen size and large TV.
Large Patio out front with table, lounge chairs & BBQ, plus bonus covered interior courtyard, all just for your use. Four easy parking spaces that fit oversized vehicles (rare for the beach).
Great for family get-aways (No Parties Permitted, owner resides on site in a separate unit, distanced from this ground floor unit; as a courtesy to neighbors, neighborhood quiet codes enforced 10pm to 8am). Able to sit back and watch the kids on the beach, enjoy a glass of wine with the sunset, or just enjoy the beach life. Ask about our Nap at the Beach Romantic Getaways with flowers, local estate wine, locally made chocolate and either weekend getaway tickets to a local San Diego County winery for wine tasting and museum or another bottle of wine; ask for 2 bedroom availability.
Short walks: one block towards the bayside of the Mission Beach Peninsula to the market/deli and eateries; about six blocks walk straight down the boardwalk in front to the Belmont amusement park, beach shops, and restaurants. Short drives to Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Historic Old Town, Airport, and still only about a half hour to county wineries. But, you'll be right on the beach - so why leave at all?

We loved are stay the house was very clean. The owner was supper nice and very responsive. The view of the beach and sun set from the living room was amazing. We would love too stay at this property again. Thank you so much

Wonderful Stay. The Best that we have stayed in ever. We have been celebrating Thanksgiving in SanDiego for the last eight years. Fresh Beautiful Flowers when we arrived. Everything was well stocked with towels soap T.P. Paper Towels coffee maker, nice dishes etc etc Very Clean, Very good Beds. A wonderfully fun room for the kids. Ages 17 to 29. T.V. In almost every room. My Family all want to stay here again. I give it 12 out of 10 stars!!!

Was bigger than imagined! Lots of room. Very clean. Communication made check in a breeze! We really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of linen/towels available.
