This newly renovated second level home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and is right on the beach. It can be rented with the beach front lower level two bedroom that sleeps up to six people, VRBO 732960. The living room has 180' ocean views and lots of comfortable couch seating to watch the dolphins frolicking in the waves and enjoy the beautiful sun setting into the Pacific. The dining table can accommodate ten with additional adjacent bar I seating for eight. There is a well furnished kitchen and a second full size refrigerator in the den. The den also has laundry facilities and a media area.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a twin, bedroom 2 has a king, bedroom 3 has a king, bedroom 4 has a king and a day bed, and bedroom 5 has two twins. Bedrooms one thru four all have ocean views. The den has a day bed and there is a pack and play and high chair.
There are lots of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards and a few bikes. There is parking for two cars. The lower level has a shared patio and a two bedroom, also available to rent and perfect for extended families. The patio has charcoal and gas grills, fire pits, and several picnic tables. There are also comfortable seating areas to sit and enjoy the view, one of the best things about being right in the beach. It's a perfect place to create family memories.

We stayed here with 6 of our teen grandkids. The hosts were very welcoming with fresh flowers, bottles of wine and beer! The kitchen is well outfitted for a large group. The garage has all kinds of beach paraphanelia for teens along with tandem bikes! Right across the boardwalk from volleyball nets. Great parking for a x-large vehicle as it is outside next to the house.

Amazing location with a beautiful view and parking! Lovely host who put so many personal touches into the place. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and all the beach gear you could need.

This 5 BR unit was the largest of renting out this entire house. It was absolutely wonderful. Since we rented the entire house my review is identical to the one I just left for one of the other units. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Besides being super clean, Marta and Ben graciously provided fresh flowers, wine, beer candy and an extremely well equipped home with everything in working order. This 2nd flr unit even had a 2nd refrigerator, The bedrooms had very flexible bed combinations (our very tall family appreciated all the King beds but many singles too) and baths. Altho the weather set records for rain and cold, we were very comfortable. TVs functioned well for the Bowl football games and WiFi was good. Parents and children appreciated all the beach toys and beach chairs we had access to. Located right on the beach the views from the large windows were great. Although my extended family (we were here for a reunion) had 3 other large homes, this one was by far the best. Besides being right off the ocean front boardwalk, it has a large, beautiful front patio with many rocking chairs and picnic tables with beach umbrellas. We would return in a heartbeat. Above all, the hospitality of Marta and Ben (who live on the top floor but were both friendly and unobtrusive) was outstanding. We have been very fortunate to rent many vacation homes over the years. This was all-around, one of the very best!
