About this house rental
Your country experience begins here, just a short drive north along State Highway 10 from the roundabout at the entrance to Kerikeri. The property is set under mature trees on a 3.5-acre property, which includes an orange orchard and expansive park-like grounds surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. There is ample safe parking available for your cars and boat around the house.
The front gate sign reads "La Petite Ferme" (the little farm). As you drive up the shaded driveway, you'll arrive at a charming country-style home.
La Petite Ferme Manor is a home, so it has everything you need for eating, drinking, playing games or just relaxing. Located in a great area to make this your base to go out and explore the rest of Northland, such as taking in a full day trip right up to the top of NZ to Cape Reinga to explore the area, or jumping on a boat cruise from Paihia to explore the beautiful waters. Close by are cafes, restaurants, shops, beautiful bushwalks, waterfalls, galleries, markets and lots more.
The lounge has 2 big comfortable sofas and wide opening doors onto a sunny sheltered deck and BBQ area. There are plenty of outdoor chairs as well.
**Accommodations:**
- **Bedroom 1:** 1 queen bed
- **Bedroom 2:** 1 double bed
- **Bedroom 3:** 1 queen bed and 1 single bed

Additionally, there is a divan fold-out bed in the large hallway, which is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children (please request linen). Alternatively, there is a private detached sleepout nearby in the garden with a double bed (please request availability).
All of the above sleeps 8 guests maximum.
