Sitting in a very sunny elevated position above Mill Bay in Mangonui, The Lookout, is a newly refurbished beautifully decorated holiday home just waiting for you to build happy holiday memories. The 4 bedroom two bathroom house has everything you need for that special break away. Large open plan living downstairs with wonderful indoor outdoor flow. The deck is perfectly positioned for the sun and also those magical views over Mill Bay and the Mangonui Harbour. Downstairs has three double bedooms and upstairs has a huge master bedroom with its own en-suite as well as its own deck. The kitchen and dining room is an entertainers delight. Cook whilst you watch the fish jump and birds dive into the water below the house. The sunken TV room downstairs has large flat screen TV and free-view connection. There is also complimentary WIFI available as well. There is a full bathroom downstairs complete with bath and shower..
Plenty of flat parking for cars and a boat. The Lookout is just 10 minutes easy walk to Mangonui Village and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Coopers Beach.
Special conditions:
Prices are for 2 people. Extra guests are charged at $20 per person per night.
Failure to disclose extra guests in the house will not be tolerated and can result in immediate termination of stay.
Parties at anytime are strictly prohibited.
Rates are inclusive of all your bedroom and bathroom linen.
Prices for Public Holidays may vary so please ask for these rates. No charge for children under 1 if own bedding is brought.

We had a wonderful stay in Mangonui. The house had plenty of space with a well-equipped kitchen and lovely views over the harbour and the village a 10 minute walk.
