About this apartment rental
Spacious ground floor apartment with big open living space, king size bed, full sized kitchen and private fully fenced back patio. It's an ideal set up for a couple with plentyj of space to spread out.
This apartment is ideally located to explore Seattle and Capitol Hill, with a private, secure parking spot and close access to transit like the G-line bus to downtown, or the light rail (about .5 mile away).
For longer stays, you'll appreciate the dishwasher and washer/ dryer, and the Trader Joes and Central Co-op grocery store both a block away on Madison.
Note: this is where I live for half the week, so it'll have a lived-in feel with some of my stuff around.

- Minimally outfitted kitchen (good enough to cook a basic meal... but not every accessory and spice you can imagine)
