This townhome has the largest square foot layout compared to similar listings in the cluster! The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1224 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with one step to entrance.

• First Floor: Living room with queen sofa sleeper; kitchen, dining. Air conditioned.
• Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Heat only.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

We had a wonderful stay at Howell Haven. The property was clean - just as expected. We had everything we needed to cook and dine in, relax, and enjoy our stay. It was the perfect location - walkable everywhere - restaurants, coffee shops, Trader Joe’s. We even enjoyed a little longer walk, just 2 miles, to the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden. We loved the added touch of decorating and leaving our little wooden heart in the plexiglass box, along with all of the previous guests.

The managers of this property give you all the things you need when renting a home. You walk in and the home smells, looks and feels clean. They give you tons of information about your stay. They're very responsive if you have questions or comments. They take pride in ensuring that your stay is comfortable and safe. We felt right at home and most likely will rent from them again. Thank You! It was truly an Amazing Abode!

Although it rained the entire stay. We appreciated they had umbrellas we could borrow! But not enough towels because we needed to dry off from the rain. Overall great stay . We would love to come back

The condo was clean, communication with the management team was great. The reason for the three stars was things that the team can’t fix per se. I feel people do need to know before booking and the management team does need to be transparent. There’s some kind of mentally ill shelter a few doors down and the occupants just wonder around, erratically. Then there’s some construction right across the street and they start hammering around 7am. The cherry on top, the tents one block down with drug addicts shooting up every morning on our way to get a cup of coffee. And that’s not all, right in front of the condo, where you park your car, it’s littered with syringes. And speaking of parking, if you find a spot, don’t move the car Friday evening or you will NOT find a legal parking spot. Parking is pretty much non existent if you come late from dinner. And as an added bonus, one night, three police cars stopped right in front of the condo because a woman was coming down from a drug high? She was on the ground and another woman was trying to talk to her about getting help. Seattle may be use to seeing this, but most people aren’t and sure as heck don’t want to see it every single day of being on vacation! I’m sorry for the owners, but the rental is waaaay too expensive for what you get. Capital Hill is one big trash bin, rubbish everywhere you step. My kids were pretty shaken from what they saw in Capital Hill and so close to where we were sleeping!!
