Furnished with one queen bed and one full-size bed, it is comfortable for four people. Off-street parking is available. Laundry facilities are in the basement. A separate studio apartment in the basement is not included. (inquire about availablity and rates for this separate studio apt).

We had such a great trip and staying here made it that much more comfortable. The home is as described and very centrally located, we walked everywhere. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Cindy included lovely little local treats for us. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and clean. I loved the coffee shop on the corner. I am an early riser and went for a walk 2 mornings while my family was getting ready and I felt comfortable walking alone in this area.I would recommend this rental to friends with two cautionary remarks (NOT COMPLAINTS just things to be aware of).As stated in other reviews, the driveway is steep. Thankfully Enterprise gave us an SUV because I don't think the sedan I requested would have had enough clearance to make it up the drive, and street parking is tight. I never saw an open spot we could have used.Second, the washer and dryer is shared with the downstairs tenant and its requested not to be used during quiet hours. When we are on vacation we are out from sun up to sun down and usually wash and dry clothes over night (during quiet hours). This is probably not a big deal for most, so just something to be aware of if you are out all day.

Property is walking distance to a cool corner coffee shop and two blocks from an excellent grocery store. The house was close to downtown and all the local attractions. The house itself was very comfortable and offered everything we needed for our stay.
