Cocoonr offers this charming 100 m² flat in Moëlan-sur-Mer to rent for up to 6 people.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a 40 m² garden. Wifi and bed linen included. We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 (accessible from bedroom 3): queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and WC) and desk area
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- A shower room (shower and WC)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private terrace of 12m², facing west, with furniture and plancha.
- An unenclosed, private, west-facing garden of 40m², where you can enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
