About this house rental
Independent and semi-detached holiday home 200 meters from the sea, in Larvor, in the town of Loctudy, fishing port of Finistère Sud.
The house is located between the last hold of Larvor and the white sand beach of Lesconil, 300 meters.
The location will allow you to take full advantage of the sea, between fishing on one side and the sandy beach on the other.
It is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), a kitchen open to a living / dining room.
There is also another independent TV lounge, which allows children to have their own living room!
A south-facing terrace, equipped with an electric blind. A large garden of 1000 m² with trees and fully enclosed, in a quiet area.
The house is off the road, at the end of a path, which is very safe for children.
The equipment of the house is numerous:
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 TVs, DVD player, children's DVD, wifi internet, barbecue, deckchairs.
There are 4 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes available for you to ride on the coast or in Lesconil, a charming little fishing port nearby, 15 minutes by bike.
Children will find their happiness in the toys and books at their disposal.
The cleaning of the house is included in the price.
If you wish, we can provide you with the sheets (10 euros per bed).

Nous avons apprécié la situation de la maison proche d'une belle plage, son séjour, ses nombreuses chambres (bonne literie) , tout l'équipement qui permet de se sentir comme chez soi, et aussi son vaste jardin.
Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été très utiles et cordiaux. L'accueil a été agréable.
Un seul bémol : des problèmes de chauffage dus à une chaudière défaillante mais qui devraient être prochainement réglés.
Très bon séjour à 4 malgré ce détail !
