Cocoonr agency offers this charming 80 m² house in Saint-Aubert-sur-Orne to rent for up to 5 people.
It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². Sheets included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, armchairs, fireplace (wood provided)
- An open-plan kitchen with a central island fitted with a work surface and dining area, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine
First floor:
- Sleeping area: One king-size bed (180x200) and one single bed (90x200)
- A bedroom adjoining the sleeping area (separated by a sliding door): One king-size bed (180x200)
For added convenience, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue/plancha.
Outside:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² private, unfenced garden with a brazier and a south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is located in Saint-Aubert-sur-Orne, in the heart of the countryside, in a very quiet and pleasant setting. All amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, market, etc.) are around 20 minutes away by car.
Activities available:
- Lake Rabodanges: swimming, picnics, walks by the water
- Water sports (paddle, water skiing, wakeboarding...)
- Hiking trails
- Horse or pony rides in the countryside around Putanges
- Relaxation: fishing, electric boats, markets and local events
Transport :
A car is essential for getting around.
You can park directly in the house's private, unfenced courtyard (4 spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Surdon, about 45 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 60 km away
Other remarks :
- The house is not equipped with an internet connection
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided free of charge.
- There is an outdoor pool one metre deep (swimming and feeding of fish prohibited). Children are supervised under the parents' responsibility.
- Animals not accepted
- Bed linen included
- Towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with the owners). Prices given are for information only.
