About this cottage rental
Old house. Living room (fireplace with free firewood) with kitchenette, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm, child's bed). Electric heating included. Terrace. Enclosed garden of 600 m². Public charging station and electric vehicle rental 2 km away.
A 4G dongle is provided for Wi-Fi access.
Small dogs accepted on request.
5% discount for 2 people using the ground floor only (excluding the upstairs bedrooms). For business travelers, bed linen and cleaning are mandatory. Located on the edge of the Suisse Normande region, near Clécy and close to the Roche d'Oëtre (rail biking, miniature train, paragliding), this cottage enjoys an ideal location bordered by a long-distance hiking trail. Numerous walking paths are available in the surrounding area. It is equidistant from Mont Saint-Michel, the Perche region, and the D-Day landing beaches.
The price includes: Electricity, but limited to a maximum of 50 kWh per day during the winter months. Any excess consumption may be charged at the end of your stay.
