In the resort 50 m from the centre of Le Mesnil-Patry, 5 km from the centre of Bretteville-l'Orgueilleuse, 20 km from the centre of Caen, 20 km from the sea, 20 km from the beach. For shared use: property 2'600 m2 with meadow. Private: garden 600 m2 (not fenced) with meadow, courtyard, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Mesnil Patry" 140 m, sandy beach "Courseulles" 23 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Location bien équipée, propre et fonctionnelle. Le seul bémol pas de porte de la chambre à l'étage créant un manque d'intimité pour utiliser le lit de la mezzanine ou plus globalement .

Fijn huisje, foto's geven goed weer hoor het huisje eruit ziet. Erg rustige omgeving. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Eigenaar is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Goede uitvalsbasis naar allerlei toeristische plekken. In het dorpje is alleen een brood-apparaat, supermarkt op 6km.

Dům je celkem obtížné najít, není označený. Je velmi průměrně až skromně vybavený, ale čistý. Minimum úložných prostor byť jen pro 2. Velmi dobré parkování. Majitelé mluví velmi špatně anglicky. V obci je "bagetomat".
