Retaining much of its original character and featuring an open-plan living area, four versatile bedrooms and a courtyard garden to the rear, this pet-friendly property is perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing holiday surrounded by the natural wonders of the Norfolk Coast AONB.

Located on the outskirts of a pretty village and approached via a gravel area at the front, this incredible barn conversion has been finished to a high standard. Exposed beams and vaulted ceilings combine with rustic soft furnishings and soothing colours to create a warm and welcoming ambience. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which dominates the property and bathes in natural light throughout the day, is ideal for group socials, creative cooking and refreshments enjoyed long into the night. The en-suite king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom on the ground floor, all served by a family bathroom, underline the scale of the property, and the twin bedroom on the mezzanine level above is a creative use of space. Enjoy everything from quiet time to BBQ suppers in the enclosed courtyard garden at the rear, along with access to the surrounding farmland with the owner’s blessing.
