Nestled within the small market town of Reepham, this 200-year-old mill, peacefully situated one mile from the town centre, offers a delightful escape for friends or family with its captivating views of the idyllic surroundings and unique original features that have been lovingly preserved for your enjoyment.


This quirky property exudes rustic charm through wooden floors, exposed brickwork, and beamed ceilings. The ground floor welcomes you with an open-plan sitting/dining room boasting lofty ceilings and comfortable seating. Relax and enjoy a movie on the TV, or choose to play from an array of board games, or bask in the warmth of the impressive wood burner. A dining table and chairs cater for up to eight guests, while a galleried area overlooks the living space, providing a cosy nook for delving into a captivating book. Adjacent to the living area, discover the well-equipped kitchen and a nearby pantry that houses a washing machine, dryer, and fridge freezer for added convenience. Ascending the stairs, the first of four bedrooms awaits—a charming double room with an en-suite shower room. On the second floor, another double room offers delightful views of the mill pond, while a spacious family room beckons with a double bed and three single beds. The fourth bedroom can be accessed via a steep wooden loft ladder, not suitable for limited mobility due to a low beam to the entrance of the bedroom. A family bathroom which includes a bath with a mixer tap shower attachment is also situated on this floor. Outside, there’s an enclosed 1.5-acre grassy garden with benches and a table, providing a serene spot to savour al fresco dining with a BBQ at your disposal, followed by a fun-filled match of table tennis.
