About this cottage rental
Take a jolly holiday to Suffolk and enjoy the company of your family (and dog) in this lovely little cottage. You’ll be in the perfect place to pop across to the beach whenever you feel like it, or just enjoy the property and its grounds.
As you enter you’ll find a large lounge, beautifully lit through the big windows and sliding patio doors. It’s the perfect spot to curl up with a book, play some board games or organise a family film night. Next door you’ll see the dining room, where everyone can enjoy some delicious home cooked food, lovingly prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. There are two twin rooms, both nicely decorated and comfortable. Because of the space, you could bring some of your children’s friends or cousins for a bigger group. For your own privacy, there’s a double room with a king-sized bed, plus an en-suite in which you can soak in the deep bath. The property has a large front lawn and a rear lawn, plus a sheltered patio with a table and chairs so you can enjoy eating food freshly prepared on the BBQ in the sunshine. There are bushes for your dog to carefully sniff and grass for outdoor games and sunbathing.
Suffolk has some gorgeous countryside, and you’ll love it. This property is 2 miles from the Haven Nature Reserve, a beautiful spot with plenty to see all year. Alternatively, pack your swimming costume and towels for the Aldeburgh Beach (2 miles) where you can do all of the usual beach activities, plus try to spot the giant scallop. Aldeburgh itself is fun, with pubs and shops for your needs and seasonal events including a music festival. Finish your holiday with a trip to Ipswich, 25 miles, for all the fascinating history and culture.
