Settle into a bright, single-storey two-bedroom home in South Bristol (Knowle West/Filwood area), around 2 miles from the city centre. With patio doors that open straight onto a private garden, plus free parking in the residents’ car park, it’s a comfortable and practical base for couples, families, friends, colleagues, and longer stays.

Inside, you’ll find a welcoming open-plan living and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need for day-to-day ease—WiFi plus an Ethernet connection, a washer and dishwasher, and a dining table that works just as well for meals as it does for remote working. It’s also handy for Bristol Temple Meads and well-placed for getting into the centre.

Getting around
- You don’t need a car for Bristol, but it can be convenient for day trips and luggage.
- Buses run into central Bristol; journeys to “The Centre” are typically around 20 minutes, depending on stops and traffic.
- Bristol Temple Meads is a short drive/taxi ride away from Filwood.
- For flights, the Bristol Airport Flyer (A1) provides a direct link between Bristol Bus Station/city centre, Temple Meads and Bristol Airport (timetables vary by day).

From Bristol Airport to the property
- Taxi is the simplest option, though usually more expensive.
- Alternatively, take the A1 Airport Flyer and get off at Parson Street station. From there, catch bus 75, 76, or P1 towards Imperial Park. That ride takes about 10 minutes, and the property is just over a mile from the stop.

From the property to Ashton Gate Stadium
- The M1 bus stops about 100 metres from the property and takes around 35 minutes to reach the stadium.
- Walking is also possible: it’s about 2.3 miles, roughly 50 minutes on foot.
- Bristol offers e‑bikes and scooters for hire (look up “Dott”), and they’re often available nearby for a quicker, flexible option.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival.
No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
