Warm, spacious, comfortable and in a perfect location.Cosy sitting room and large bathroom with a great shower and bath with loads of hot water.

The floors are very slippery, have to be very cautious walking around. I think you need to change to a non-slip cleaning product or add non-slip rugs.
The windows have no sound proofing so you can hear every movement and word spoken on the street outside. Fortunately it is a quiet street after about 11pm.
The parking instructions were a little unclear (there was no bollard in place but multiple chains and posts, none of which were unlockable with the padlock key. Quite tight if you have a larger car. Fine for a smaller one with some care.

The patio is a great place to sit however the outside table is a worn and could do with replacing especially as it s wooden and splitting in areas with one leg literally on its last leg. Also the mop head needs replacing.
