About this farm stay rental
This magnificent and characteristic property is located on the hills above the village of Buti (Pisa), amidst olive grooves and vineyards with stunning views onto the surroundings. The property of about 7‘000 sqm with two characteristic stone mansions – one called “Casolare” with separate entrance and private outdoor area and the other house, subdivided in 2 apartments called “Rosmarino” and “Salvia”, both of them also with a separate access and private outdoor area.
The distance between the two houses is about 70m, both mansions dispose of private outdoor areas equipped for your dining al fresco. There are olive trees, wine yards and aromatic herbs in one part of the garden.
The big swimming pool (set in earth and completely fenced – 13 m x 6 m, depth: 1.10 m – 2 m) is in common use for both properties and equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrellas and chairs.
The apartment lies on the ground floor of the rustico. Within a nice veranda access to a spacious living room with 1 angular couch, TV-sat, kitchen with stove ( 4 flames)/oven, small electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, exit onto the garden, 1 bathroom with basin, wc, washing-machine, 1 double bedroom with exit onto the garden, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 extractable bed. Cozy furnishings in modern style with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors .
Parking within the property. The swimming pool may be used till 8.30 pm.
