About this house rental
Forte dei Marmi, 1700 meters from the sea. Elegant independent villa of about 160 square meters with two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning.
On the ground floor: porch, entrance, double bedroom overlooking the garden, bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: large living room with sofas, dining table, fireplace and terrace; full kitchen with table.
On the second floor: double bedroom with small terrace, bathroom with Jacuzzi, two single bedrooms, one of which with a terrace overlooking the garden.
Nice garden and relaxation corner with chairs, low table and parasol; wood-burning oven for pizza or barbecue.
TV with satellite dish, DVD player; safe, air conditioning, two parking spaces in the garden.
Near the villa there are two swimming pools:
- at 300 meters there is the municipal swimming pool;
- at 1000 meters there is an Olympic swimming pool inside the elegant Raffaelli sports center

Einziger Minuspunkt war der Straßenlärm

Die Zimmer sind wie beschrieben, Küche und beide Bäder sind schön. Lärm von der anliegenden Strasse war teilweise gross, deswegen auch die Nutzung des Gartens nicht so toll. Leider waren auch in umlegenden Häusern meistens Teenager untergebracht, also nicht sehr ruhig. Weg zum freien Strand 15 Minuten mit Fahrrad. Guter PLatz für Toscana Trips
