La Maison de Rosa is located in a quiet and unspoiled setting in the charming village of Rosières.
Olivier and Rachel, the owners, welcome you to this family home that once belonged to their grandparents.
They have lovingly renovated this building to make it a pleasant and comfortable vacation spot.
On site: Explore the Ravins de Corboeuf, accessible on foot from the cottage, hike along numerous trails on foot or by bike; the Via Fluvia is directly accessible.
A little further afield: Explore the town of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage Sites, explore the entire department, and discover the beauty of our region's landscapes and villages. Culture, sports, relaxation—the choice is yours! The house is located on a large, green, partially enclosed property with a beautiful, unobstructed view and no overlooked vistas.
You'll have parking spaces for your vehicles, a relaxing garden area with hammocks and lounge chairs, a covered terrace, and a dining area in the shade of a lime tree, as well as a sheltered area to store your sports equipment. Pets are welcome upon request.
The house is entered through the living room, which features a pellet stove, a dining area, and a kitchen area. Also on the ground floor, you'll find a TV lounge and a bathroom, laundry area, and toilet.
On the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms: the first is equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and a crib; the second is equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and a corner bed that can be used as an additional bed for a child (upon request); and the third bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and its own bathroom with toilet. The stairs leading upstairs are a little steep but secure and are not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. A child gate is located at the top of the stairs for added safety for children.
