Semi-detached house adjoining unoccupied buildings on a large, unfenced plot (2000 m²) on the edge of the hamlet. Beautiful views of the wooded hills.
Nearby: Champagnac-le-Vieux (3.5 km) (beach and supervised swimming, mountain bike rental, fishing, bakery), Brioude (20 km) (basilica, stained glass windows, Lace Museum, historic districts, museum, salmon museum, whitewater sports, weekly market, all shops and services). Ground floor: kitchen/dining room (freezer, fireplace), large living room (TV, wood-burning stove) in a restored former stable, bathroom, WC.
First floor: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds), shower room with WC, mezzanine with reading area and board games.
Parking, bicycle storage. Orange internet connection.
Included in the price: electric heating + wood for the stove.
Cleaning fee: €150 / Single bed linen: €10 / Double bed linen: €12 / Towels: €6.
